  UFO challenge reveal & drawing - Tickets for the drawing will be given to each member who submitted a UFO form and completed their quilt projects in time for the August deadline. Participants will receive one ticket per finished project. Participants will do a Show & Tell of their projects at the meeting; we will also have a slide show for those unable to attend in person. We will then draw the winners for the Quilt Shop gift certificates!

• October general meeting / Moda fabric designer - Deb Strain

  Moda fabric designer - Deb Strain - Deb will present some of her fabrics, her process of designing, and her experience as a quilter, designer, etc. She will also have products on display for purchase, so bring your wallet in order to purchase some of her beautiful items. "Coincidentally, while working with Deb to contract her for the presentation, I find myself using one of her fabric designs in one of my quilts", Karen Starkey, programs coordinator.

• November general meeting / Lecture & Trunk show - Valerie Krueger

  Valerie Krieger - local connection, quilter, teacher, and designer will present a trunk show/lecture at our Thursday general meeting, then teach a two-day Mystery Quilt class of her design on Friday and Saturday.

  Fee for the two day class is $80.  Location to be announced.

  Mystery Quilt class - Valerie will be designing the quilt this winter, she is thinking she will use 3 fabrics for the quilt. Participants will need to bring their cutting supplies, iron and ironing supplies, and any other tools you need. Cost is $80 for the class. Materials list will be sent to registrants after fee is paid. Times to be announced.
